Please ensure all products remain in their original, unopened packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Contact our dedicated customer support team via our portal with your order number and the reason for your return to receive an authorization code.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your Sistaco™ items in their original boxes, ensuring all mineral powders and tools are protected to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
